join us at decathlon middlebrook for an exclusive evening of practical bike maintenance workshops, designed to help women feel more confident maintaining their bikes and preparing for winter riding.
throughout the evening, attendees will rotate through three hands-on workshops covering:
- general bike maintenance and preparing your bike for winter
- how to change an inner tube and deal with punctures

essential bike safety checks to ensure your bike is road-ready
following the workshops, there will be an opportunity to socialise, enjoy pizza and shop exclusively in-store after hours.

what to bring: just yourself and the front wheel of your bike. if you’re unable to bring a wheel, please let us know in advance.
spaces are limited, so secure your ticket and join us for an evening of learning, confidence-building and community.

we email your ticket as soon as you book. show it on the door. we will have a list of names too, so do not worry if you cannot find it.
tickets are non-refundable, but they are transferable. if you can no longer come, forward your confirmation email to kel@forthegirls.uk and tell us who should have your place instead, and we will move it across.
